This Refund Policy applies to all purchases for Menojoy App and any paid services offered by Blanche Kohen LLC("Blanche Kohen LLC," "we," "us") through blanchekohen.com, Menojoy.app, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS
1.1 No Refunds. ALL PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR MENOJOY APP ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, in-app purchases, and any other paid features.
1.2 No Free Trials. Menojoy App does not offer free trials. Payment is due immediately upon subscription and service commences immediately.
1.3 No Prorated Refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund or credit for any partial subscription period or unused time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
1.4 Women Over 40 Clarity Quiz. WomenOver40Clarity.com is a free informational quiz. No payments are collected.There are no refunds because there is no purchase.
2. APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY PURCHASES
2.1 Apple App Store. If you purchased Menojoy App through the Apple App Store:- Blanche Kohen LLC does NOT process refunds.
Apple controls all App Store billing.

- To request a refund from Apple,use: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Blanche Kohen LLC cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases and will deny such requests.
2.2 Google Play Store. If you purchased through Google Play:
- Blanche Kohen LLC does NOT process refunds. Google controls all Play Store billing.

- Blanche Kohen LLC cannot issue refunds for Google Play purchases and will deny such requests.
2.3 No Refunds for In-AppPurchases. All purchases made inside Menojoy App are final and non-refundable through Apple, Google, or Blanche Kohen LLC.
3. DIRECT WEBSITE PURCHASES - BLANCHE KOHEN.COM / MENOJOY.APP
If you purchased a subscription directly through blanchekohen.com or Menojoy.app via Stripe:
3.1 No Refunds for Any Reason. We do not provide refunds for: change of mind, accidental purchase, subscription not used, dissatisfaction with results, or any other reason except where required by New Zealand law under Section 5.
3.2 Duplicate Charges Only. The only circumstance where we will refund a direct website purchase is if you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.Email support@blanchekohen.com within 30 days with proof of duplicate charge. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3.3 Technical Access Failure. If you were charged but could not access Menojoy App at all due to a technical fault on our end, and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours, we will refund the charge. You must notify support@blanchekohen.com within 7 days of purchase. This does not apply to dissatisfaction with content or features.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
4.1 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal.You may cancel at any time to stop future charges:
- Apple App Store:Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Menojoy → Cancel
- Google Play: PlayStore → Subscriptions → Menojoy → Cancel
- Website: Menojoy.app/account →Billing → Cancel Subscription
4.2 No Refunds Upon Cancellation. Cancelling does NOT entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Your paid access continues until the current billing period expires.
5. NEW ZEALAND CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
5.1 CGA Rights for NZ Consumers Only. If you are a consumer in New Zealand, you have non-excludable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA"). The CGA guarantees that services will be provided with reasonable care and skill and will be fit for purpose.
5.2 CGA Remedies. If Menojoy App fails to meet a CGA guarantee and the failure is substantial or cannot be remedied, you may be entitled to a refund under the CGA.
5.3 How to Make a CGA Claim.
Email support@blanchekohen.com with subject line "CGA Claim" within a reasonable time of discovering the failure. Include: (a) description of the failure, (b) date discovered, (c) proof of purchase. We will assess claims as required by law and respond within 5 business days.
5.4 CGA Prevails for NZ UsersOnly. This "No Refunds" policy does not limit your rights under the CGA. If any provision conflicts with the CGA, it will not apply to New Zealand consumers to the extent of the conflict. Users outside New Zealand have no rights under the CGA.
6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - NO ADDITIONAL REFUND RIGHTS
6.1 GST. Prices shown to New Zealand customers include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International customers are not charged NZ GST.
6.2 No EU 14-Day Withdrawal.By purchasing Menojoy App, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge you lose any statutory right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law once access is granted. All sales to EU/UK customers are final upon first login to Menojoy App.
6.3 No California 5-Day Right.California Civil Code § 1749.5 does not apply because service begins immediately upon payment and access. All sales are final.
6.4 No Other Jurisdictional Refunds. Except for New Zealand users under Section 5, we do not offer refunds required by any other country's consumer protection laws. All sales outside New Zealand are final.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
7.1 Contact Us First. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@blanchekohen.com BEFORE filing a chargeback with your bank.
7.2 Chargeback Consequences.If you initiate a chargeback:
a) Your Menojoy App account will be immediately and permanently terminated;
b) You will lose access to all data and content;
c) You waive any right to service; and
d) Blanche Kohen LLC will contest the chargeback and report fraudulent disputes.
7.3 Chargebacks Are Not Refunds. Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase violates our Terms of Service. We do not honor chargebacks as a method of obtaining a refund.
8. PRICE CHANGES We may change subscription prices. Price increases take effect at your next renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not agree, cancel before renewal per Section 4.1. No refunds are issued due to price changes.
9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
9.1 Termination by You. If you delete your account, no refund will be issued except where required by the CGA for NZ users.
9.2 Termination by Us. If we terminate your account for violation of Terms of Service, NO REFUND will be issued except where required by the CGA for NZ users.
