Menojoy provides educational tools and administrative advocacy to help you prepare for doctor visits and insurance appeals. We are NOT a medical provider. Menojoy does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care recommendations. We do NOT replace your doctor. All tools are based on published clinical practice guidelines from AACE 2024, ATA 2014, and NAMS 2023. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions. Step 3: Use With Your Doctor Download PDFs.
Bring to visits. Use “What to say” scripts when doctors push back. For RN Advocacy, our RN sends peer-to-peer letter after you sign HIPAA release. Menojoy does NOT guarantee test orders, diagnosis, insurance approval, or health outcomes. Individual results vary.

4. What Support CANNOT Do To protect you and comply with law, Menojoy Support cannot:
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
- Interpret lab results or symptoms
- Tell you what dose to take or whether to start/stop medication
- Communicate with your doctor on your behalf unless you arean RN Advocacy member with signed release
- Refund fees outside our Refund Policy at `blanchekohen.com/refunds`
4. Billing & Subscriptions
How do I cancel?
Log in → Account → Billing → Cancel Renewal. You keep access until your paid period ends. No partial refunds per Refund Policy.
All sales final?
Yes. You receive instant access to digital tools and PDFs upon payment. Because content is delivered immediately, all subscription fees are non-refundable except for duplicate charges or 72hr+ outages. See Refund Policy: blanchekohen.com/refunds-policy` Monthly vs Annual?
Clarity bills monthly at $19/month. Cancel anytime to stop next month’s charge. Believed, Relief, and RN Advocacy bill annually. Cancel anytime to stop renewal next year.
What to do, if you were charged twice, by mistake? Email billing@blanchekohen.com with both receipt IDs. We refund duplicate charges within 5 business days. Update payment method Log in → Account → Billing → Update Card.
Billing Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, email billing@blanchekohen.com. We resolve 95% of billing issues within 48hrs. Chargebacks filed without prior contact violate our Terms of Use and we submit usage logs as evidence. See Refund Policy at `blanchekohen.com/refunds-policy`.
5. RN Advocacy Tier - Important
What does the RN do? Our licensed RN provides: Health education, EOB review,first-level appeal drafting, and peer-to-peer clinical letters citing published guidelines.
What the RN does NOT do: Diagnose, prescribe medication, change doses, interpret labs for treatment, or provide medical care. No nurse-patient clinical relationshipis created. All clinical decisions remain with your treating physician. Before we contact your provider: You must sign the HIPAA Authorization at `/hipaa-release`and list your providers. Without signed release, RN cannot do outreach. Authorization expires in 12 months.
6. Privacy & Data Security
Is my health data safe? Yes. We use HIPAA-equivalent safeguards: AES-256 encryption,TLS 1.3, access logging, and AWS SOC 2 data centers. We never sell your data. See Privacy Policy: `blanchekohen.com/privacy-policy`
Who sees my data? Only you and, if you purchase RN Advocacy, your assigned RN after you sign HIPAA release. We share minimum necessary info with providers you designate.
Can I delete my data? Yes. Email privacy@blanchekohen.com with subject “Delete My Data”. We delete within 30 days except data needed for legal/chargeback defense, kept 7 years.
7. Technical Help
Can’t log in? Click “Forgot Password” on login page. Check spam folder for reset email. Still stuck? Email support@blanchekohen.com with your account email. PDF won’t download? Try Chrome or Safari. Disable ad blockers. Clear cache. If still failing, email support@blanchekohen.com and we’ll send PDF manually. Is there an app? Web app works on mobile browsers. Native iOS/Android apps coming 2026. Add to home screen for app-like experience.

1. “I don’t recognize this charge on my statement”Statement descriptor: `MENOJOY CLARITY`, `MENOJOY BELIEVED`,`MENOJOY RELIEF`, or `MENOJOY RN ADVOCACY`
Answer: This charge is for your Menojoy subscription purchased on using card ending in. You received instant access to digital toolsand PDF downloads. Check your email from support@blanchekohen.com for your receipt dated with subject “Receipt for Menojoy ”. If you still don’t recognize it, email billing@blanchekohen.com with your receipt ID before contacting your bank. Per our Terms of Use §5 and Refund Policy §1, all sales are final because content is delivered immediately upon payment.
2. “I thought this was a free trial”
Answer: Menojoy does not offer free trials. The checkout page displayed the price of $/[month or year] and required you to check “Iagree to Terms of Service” before payment. You received immediate access to allfeatures listed at `/pricing`. Per Refund Policy §1, digital products delivered instantly are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal anytime in Account →Billing to stop future charges. Current period remains active until [EndDate].[Amount][Tier]
3. “I cancelled but still got charged”
Answer: Cancellations stop future renewals only. Per Terms of Use §4 and Refund Policy §2, you retain access for the full period alreadypaid. If you cancelled on [Cancel Date: 30th April 2026] but were charged on [Charge Date: 25th April 2026], the charge was for the renewal that processed before your cancellation.Check Account → Billing → Subscription History for timestamps. If you see acharge after cancellation, email billing@blanchekohen.com with screenshots and werefund within 5 business days. Chargebacks for valid renewals are disputed withStripe using usage logs.
4. “The product didn’t work / I didn’t use it”
Answer: Menojoy provides educational tools and templates based on published clinical guidelines. Per Terms of Use §2 and MedicalDisclaimer, we do NOT guarantee test orders, diagnosis, insurance approval, or health outcomes. Individual results vary. Per Refund Policy §1, all sales arefinal because you received immediate access to downloadable PDFs and templates upon payment. Non-use does not qualify for refund per FTC digital goods rules.You agreed to this at checkout by checking “I agree to Terms of Service”.
5. “This is medical advice and it was wrong”
Answer: Menojoy is NOT a medical provider. Per Terms of Use§2 and Medical Disclaimer linked at checkout and in every receipt, all contentis “educational tools only” and “NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.”No doctor-patient or nurse-patient relationship is created. You agreed at checkout that “I understand this is NOT medical advice” and that “I will consult my licensed healthcare provider for all medical decisions.” For RN Advocacy tier, the RN provides administrative advocacy only, not clinicalcare. See Medical Disclaimer in the Privacy Policy blanchekohen.com/Terms-of-use. Chargebacks claiming medical malpractice are invalid per our Terms of Use.
6. “I was charged for RN Advocacy but no RN contacted me”
Answer: RN outreach requires two steps:
1) Purchase RNAdvocacy tier,
2) Sign HIPAA Authorization at `/hipaa-release` and list your providers. Per Terms of Use §2 and the RN Advocacy product description,“Requires signed HIPAA Authorization before outreach.” Check your email for “Complete Your HIPAA Release” sent on [Purchase Date]. If you did not sign, the RN cannot legally contact your providers. Sign now to activate service, or email advocacy@blanchekohen.com.
Per Refund Policy §1, failure to complete required HIPAA forms does not qualify for refund. Your annual subscription and all digital tools remain active.
7. “I want a refund - the service wasn’t what I expected”
Answer: Per Refund Policy §1 posted at checkout and in Terms of Use §5: “All sales final. No refunds.” You received immediate access to all features listed on the product page at time of purchase: [List Tier Features].You agreed at checkout that “All sales final. No refunds.” Digital goods law permits no refunds once accessed. Exceptions: duplicate charge or platform outage >72hrs.
If either applies, email billing@blanchekohen.com with receipt ID. Otherwise, you may cancel renewal in Account → Billing to stop future charges. Filing a chargeback for “not as described” when features matched product page violates card network rules and we submit checkout screenshots as evidence.
8. “My card was used fraudulently”
Answer: All purchases require 3D Secure authentication and email verification. Check your email for “Receipt for Menojoy ” sent to on at.The purchase was made from IP address [IP] with device. If you did not authorize this, email billing@blanchekohen.com immediately with “Fraud Report” subject line. We will refund and block the account. If you authorized the purchase but want to cancel, see Refund Policy: cancellations stop future renewals only. Filing “fraud” chargebacks for authorized purchases violates ourTerms of Use §5 and card network policy. We submit 3DS auth logs, IP data, andlogin records to Stripe.[Tier][Email][Date][Time][Device]
9. “I was charged annually but wanted monthly”
Answer: You purchased for $/year on. The checkout page displayed "$/year” above the Pay button and in the productdescription. Clarity tier is $19/month. Relief is one-time payment. Believed and RN Advocacy are annual only. You agreed to annual billing at checkout. Per Refund Policy §2, annual subscriptions are non-refundable because 12 months ofaccess and all PDFs were delivered instantly. You may downgrade to Clarity monthly at renewal by cancelling annual plan in Account → Billing before [Renewal Date]. We cannot prorate or convert annual to monthly mid-termper Terms of Use §4. [Tier] [Amount] [Date]
10. “You kept charging me after I deleted my account”
Answer: Deleting your account data per Privacy Policy does NOT cancel your Stripe subscription. Per Terms of Use §4, you must cancel renewal separately in Account → Billing → Cancel Renewal before deleting account. If you deleted your account but did not cancel renewal, Stripe continued billing per your active subscription. Email billing@blanchekohen.com with your last receipt ID. If you cancelled renewal before deletion and were still charged, we refund immediately. If you did not cancel renewal, per Refund Policy §2 the charge is valid and non-refundable, but we will cancel future renewals now. Chargebacks for failure to cancel violate Terms of Use §4.

12. Menojoy App Help
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Apple App Store:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name >Subscriptions
3. Tap Menojoy > Cancel Subscription
4. You keep access until the current period ends. No refunds per Refund Policy.
Google Play Store:
1. Open Google Play Storeapp
2. Tap Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
3. Tap Menojoy > Cancel subscription
Website (blanchekohen.com/Menojoy.app):
1. Go to Menojoy.app/account
2. Log in > Billing > Cancel Subscription
Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
You must cancel through Apple, Google, or our website.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstalled Menojoy or got a new device:
1. Open Menojoy App
2. Go to Settings > Restore Purchases
3. Log in with your Apple ID/Google account

Technical Issues App crashing, won't load, or data not syncing?
1. Update to latest version in AppStore/Google Play
2. Restart your device
3. Check internet connection

Lost Access to Account Email support@blanchekohen.com from the email address used for your account. For security, we cannot reset passwords without verifying ownership.
13. Billing & Refunds
All Sales Are Final Menojoy App subscriptions are non-refundable per our Refund Policy: blanchekohen.com/refunds-policy
Exceptions:
1. Duplicate charge: Email support@blanchekohen.com within 30 days with proof
2. Technical failure: If charged but never got access and we can't fix in 72hrs
3. New Zealand consumers: You have rights under Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if the App fails to work. Email support@blanchekohen.com with subject "CGA Claim"
App Store/Google Play Purchases
We CANNOT issue refunds for AppStore or Google Play purchases. Contact Apple or Google directly:

Chargebacks
Contact us BEFORE filing achargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks result in immediate account termination per Refund Policy Section 7. GST for NZ Customers NZ customers are charged 15% GST.International customers: 0% GST. This is automatic via Stripe.

WomenOver40Clarity.com is a free educational quiz. No payments are collected. There are no accounts,subscriptions, or refunds.

If you entered payment info on WomenOver40Clarity.com,contact your bank immediately. We never collect payments on that site and it may be a fraudulent copy.
15. Account & Data
Download Your Data Menojoy App: Settings > Account> Export Data
We’ll email you a file within 30 days per Privacy Policy Section 9.
Delete Your Account & Data Menojoy App: Settings > Account> Delete Account This permanently erases all tracked data within 30 days. Cannot be undone.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately via Apple/Google — deleting account does not stop billing.
Data Requests (GDPR /CCPA/ Privacy Act 2020)
Email privacy@blanchekohen.com with "Data Request" in subject. We respond within 20 working days for NZ requests, 45 days for others.
